Yesterday, I told you that the term “Social Media” really needed to go away.
Today, I want to take this a step farther.
Everyday I am looking for new solutions to better communication.
The whole new online world has opened up a slew of tools and methods for improving communication. Under the concept of “New Solutions Thinking” my focus is in the following areas:
- Better Communication
- Better Production
- Better Service
I have found through online marketing that people can make a difference in each of these areas.
Better Communication – Everyday, I work at providing information that should have some “value content” for readers. It is work, it is fun and its all about being innovative with respect to sending a short, compelling message.
Better Production – Finding ways to capture client data and client’s wishes and incorporating this information into better products and services for clients is a driver that I think about everyday. Seeing projects to completion is part of this. When this process starts with the client in mind, you have a better chance of success
Better Service – Client Service is the key. People connect with people. Having a live voice at your company is a requirement. Acknowledging people who follow or retweet or publish your information is vital. The goal here is to create advocates for your company.
