Do you notice that a company’s reputation is a grade that is based on how the community recognizes or values their services?
Your brand cannot be stronger than your reputation. Shouldn’t we be focusing on reputation. I think we are moving toward a shift toward reputation.
Going from a global brand to a local brand
In my case, our company has clients across the country and in some select countries too. The best way we can reach these clients is to bring some type of local savings to these communities. To do this, we need people looking at our reputation and telling our company story in their own words. I really feel the world is getting smaller and people see the value in connecting with people more and more outside of their local areas. Technology is constantly improving and giving companies the ability to service clients in ways we would have never thought possible a few years ago.
