I think people want to connect with people. It is one thing to have a team approach with respect to goals and getting projects accomplished, but ultimately you need to take care of your clients and assigning one of your team members to a specific client will help build a relationship with that client. I have really seen the value it has given to a number of clients, and in 2013, our goal will be to take this relationship to a new level by trying to understand them more as I talked about in yesterday’s “Getting Closer to the Client” post.
Have you heard this phrase before?
“It’s always good to be able to know one person in a company with whom you can go to for anything”
Why not make that a motto for your own clients in 2013.
