Marketing Initiative – Revisit your clients in 2013

Reconnect with clientsThis is my new marketing initiative for March, 2013.
I think over time, I find myself revisiting who my clients are and looking at their wants and needs.
I need to address their needs right away and listen to their wants. I think far too often, it is easy to get distracted and head down the wrong road.

I think too often, I get focused on technology or different marketing channels. I listen to different sales pitches about direct marketing campaigns, the latest SEO trick, mobile marketing. In every case, I need to separate my need for more of the latest technology and actually get back to reviewing my message and making sure it is resonating with current clients and prospective clients.

Clients will tell you what they want and need. Isn’t this where the focus should be. Do clients care if you are on Twitter or FacebooK? However, the flip side of that is if you take care of these clients, you might have a better chance of having your company message distributed more.

People want to be a part of a winning team, (company in this case) Who doesn’t want this?

So your takeaway today:
How are you going to build a winning team that meets clients’ wants and needs?
How are you going to communicate to others about how you are fulfilling clients’ needs?
