If you are like me, you are trying to determine the best approach to take with respect to getting your message out on tablets and mobile devices while still building an effective following. (Let’s examine this issue a bit more)
In 2013, I was all about content marketing. More content, better quality content, and fresh content were goals I had with respect to getting my message out to readers. It worked well up until September, 2013. Then Google Hummingbird arrived and I have started making more changes. (This was just the start)
In the process of trying to work with the changes brought about by Google Hummingbird, I noticed that conversationally, I needed more “brevity”. Sounds strange doesn’t it. (Say Less and Readers will remember it more)
The whole world of mobile is changing the way information is being read and accessed. Who has time to read a 3 – 5 page article on a mobile phone. How can we get our message across in a few words and make it resonate. People like to read a snippet of information and if they want more, they will come back or follow-up with you at a later time. Look at the time people are spending on your website, the numbers are going down. People want information in a fast, quick manner so they can take action. (Read this paragraph again)
