It is an interesting question. The article looks at small businesses and whether or not they are taking advantage of these platforms to compete with larger businesses.
The article just touches the surface. It makes the same claims about social media not being free and having a plan and having a presence on Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. Most small businesses understand this by now.
