I know this sounds a bit strong, but if you are going to maximize your potential on social media, this concept is really not that far from the truth.
Think about your local news station. Can you imagine if they repeated the same story for an entire week. Sometimes this does occur, but think how you as a viewer feel after the third or fourth day.
People want the most current news on topics central to their likes or job interests.
If you can create solutions for people, then you know you are have taken your site to a new level.
It is for this reason, that you as a blogger need to make sure you are coming up with fresh content on a regular basis and that you start develop different angles to bring people into your blog.
I really like this video – – Check out this video on content management and how to do it correctly from a marketing standpoing.

Thanks for your comment! I know your content is definately fresh and interesting on your site. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for that post Brent.
A really useful prompt and reminder to keep providing new content. That can in itself be quite a challenge! I think using something like G+ helps you redirect other relevant information out there which both adds to the perception of helping others mentioned in the video and also takes a bit of the pressure off writing everyday.
