How do you want to be remembered?
Yesterday, I had the distinct pleasure of saying goodbye to a friend who I really admired. This person was very active in his local church, school and community. A number of people had stories from the past and quoted different phrases that this gentleman was known for saying.
As a representative of a company, how do you want people to remember your company?
Do people feel a connection with your brand? and better yet with specific people at your company?
If someone interviewed some of your clients would they speak highly of you and what exactly would they say?
I think think the answers to these questions will hold the key to the future for companies.
Some other things to think about:
Pictures – Pictures do say a lot and I think companies can also learn by sharing a story about a company.
Great People – If you can build close relationships with your clients, they will stand behind you and support you.
Time – Treat each day like its something special. None of us have any guarantees.
