Thank You!Today, I just want to say thanks!!!   ( This is my 250th Post on this Site! )

There are some days when I think this blog is just a bunch of words… Today, I just want to thank those of you who have helped me and helped me formulate ideas for this blog site.

It Starts With Being Client Focused – Keeping Clients Long-Term is the key!

I think I get more out of hearing how we helped someone resolve an issue or take their business to a new level than any sale.  I have listened over the years to client needs and I am actually making better progress toward fulfilling client needs in a more effective way. I am really excited about this and I want to continue to raise the bar on this.  I am only as good as my client’s perception.  Clients have many choices in how to spend their money and I better be giving them valued analysis or they are not going to come back.  I really value the people who have selected to do business with us and I want to make sure they know this everyday. New clients are great, but being able to serve clients long-term is even a greater reward.

Your Company Team

It’s really about having a team behind you! In addition, I work with some of the best  Field Representatives, Client Service Staff, IT Analysts and Lab Techs in the business. Without these people, there would be no blog or work. These people are the life-blood.  In 2012, I made it a goal to connect closer with these people and really listen to them. In addition, the fact that our company has dedicated, trusting employees makes it  one of the best companies in the business.

Social Media Network

Just this week, I have hooked up with a couple  of  great  marketing friends in the business and I am taking my current company @midwestlabs to some new heights.  I am really pumped for what lies ahead. I met these people on Twitter of all places.  Yes, Twitter!  It started with some inquiries online and it has rapidly grown to some deep discussions, projects and more excitement for 2012 -2013.

In addition, I have been able to stay in contact with clients over the past few years and learn a little more about them as people, first and business second.  I would be remiss, if I also did not thank our clients and industry clients. I have learned a lot through listening and it has helped me formulate some great ideas.

Summary

You see, I do not have all the answers. I belong to a part of some great, collaborative groups and that is really were I gather ideas and share my successes. Lately, I have experienced a number of win-wins for the client and our company. When this occurs, I am truly humbled and honored because I know without the help of others it would not be possible.

If you want to make a difference in your marketing initiatives  take a look at the way you interact with the people you directly work with and your network of friends around you. If you start there and build those relationships, you will find success in a big way.

Thanks Again
